It hardly seems possible but summer will soon be over and it is time to register for your fall Peer Learning Classes.
Our fall lineup contains many brand new courses, among them: The Age of Henry VIII, Fake News or Facts, Journey of the Blues, Reading Shakespeare, and a new medical series. We will also have lots of old favorites: Friends Around the Kitchen Table, Short Story, Current Events, and Book Club. Sandy Eisdorfer will offer The Personal Essay and Ingrid Baird will bring us Verdi’s operas. And, of course, we will continue our Second Friday lectures and Third Friday Stepping Out Luncheons.
Please remember to register on the form included in this packet or on-line at our website at peerlearningofchapelhill.com. Whichever way you register, send your dues check to Peer Learning of Chapel Hill, Box 2821, Chapel Hill, 27514 NC. Dues are only $30 per semester or $60 for the full year and this single fee entitles you to come to every class and event.
So please join us for our opening Second Friday program on Friday, September 8 and get ready for classes which start September 11.
Hope to see you in September!
Sally Binkowski, President
